30-Day Return Window
You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Handcrafted Variations
Every Rosewood piece is handcrafted from real hardwood, never mass-produced.
Because of this, natural variations in color, grain pattern, tone, and character are not defects but part of what makes each piece unique.
Please note:
- No two boards are identical.
- The item you receive will be similar to listing photos, but not a replica.
- These variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade goods.
Returns cannot be accepted for natural wood variation, color differences, or unique grain characteristics.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Items must include all original packaging (care card, box, 1 oz board butter, etc.).
- Return requests must be initiated within the 30-day window.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads (these items are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- If the item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right immediately.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
