Shipping Policy
At Rosewood Homegoods, each board is handcrafted and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Below is what you can expect when placing an order with us.
Processing Time
All orders ship within 3–7 business days.
Because our pieces are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Most cutting boards ship via UPS or USPS Priority for fast and reliable delivery.
We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time as it travels to you.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If it’s still missing, email us—we will do everything we can to help track it down, but Rosewood Homegoods is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the item. We will make it right immediately.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
If you purchase a made-to-order piece or preorder item, processing times will be listed on the product page. These items ship as soon as they are completed.
